THE PREP KITCHEN

Our 1,250 square foot prep kitchen offers spacious work areas and specialized equipment designed for high-volume production, baking operations, and packaging needs.

  • 3-rack Alto-Shaam smoker

  • 40 lb. fryer (additional fees apply)
